Wikipedia says SlideShare is a presentation sharing website where users can upload, view and share presentation files.
Anyway; it's easy... sign up with slideshare.com; click the big 'upload' button - browse & select files... find the slide show that you will have prepared earlier using PowerPoint & hit 'publish all'. Done.
